Drinking water in empty stomach

 For Diabetes

Soak one or two teaspoon of methi Seeds/fenugreek seeds in water Overnight and drink this first thing in the morning on empty stomach.

For Cholesterol

Two tablespoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder mixed in 16 ounces or 475ml of green tea and drink. This will reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood within few days

For Cancer

Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advance cancer of stomach and bones have been cured successfully.Person suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take  1 tablespoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of honey with  1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder mix in warm water and consume 3 times a day for one month.This will slowly reduced the Cancerian cells in the human body

For Arthritis

Arthritis person can benefit by taking 1 cup of hot water with 1 tbs or 2 tbs of honey and 1 small tbs cinnamon powder taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured .

For Cold/Cough

Take 1 tbs honey in lukewarm water mixed with 1/4 tbs cinnamon powder daily for 3 days.It is very powerful to cure most chronic cough,cold and clear the sinuses.

For Upset Stomach

Take a spoonful of honey with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of ginger water.Cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root.

Home remedies to remove tan

1.Take one spoon lemon and one spoon honey.Mix  lemon and honey and apply gently on your face.Leave it till it becomes dry and wash with water.

2.second remedy is using Tomato.take slice of tomato and rub of your face.leave it to dry and wash with water.This helps in removing tan from your face.

3.You can also apply yoghurt on your face.

4.Sandal wood powder (Chandan) is very effective in removing tan.Take one spoon of Sandal wood powder and add rose water.Mix both and apply on your face till it gets dried up.wash it with warm water.you can see your glowing skin.

For shiny hair: Mix methi seed powder in half cup of curd and add few drops of lemon juice.Apply this on your hair as a conditioner and wash off with cold water after 45 minutes.

For dandruff: Soak a spoon full of methi seeds overnight.Grind them into a paste and apply on scalp .Wait for 30 minutes and wash off with shampoo.
